Your data is yours. If you ever decide not to renew, your existing bookings and member records remain accessible to your club admin for a reasonable period so you're never locked out of your own diary.

Green Rinks runs in your phone's browser, so there's nothing to download from an app store. You can install it to your home screen in a few taps and it'll open just like any other app — full screen, no browser bar in the way.

What are the benefits of Green Rinks compared to other rink booking solutions?
Green Rinks is built mobile-first from the ground up, so booking a rink takes seconds on a phone — no more zooming and scrolling a desktop-style calendar. Members can book multiple dates and slots at the same time, which makes it easy to reserve slots for competitions where 2 or 3 timeslots and 2 rinks need to be offered to opponents. The My Bookings tab shows everything you've booked in one place.
What happens if our club grows beyond 250 members?
Just get in touch — we'll agree a fair price for your club's size rather than cutting you off.
Do we need technical knowledge to set it up?
No. Setting up your club is straightforward, and we're on hand by email if you'd like a steer while you get going.
How long are the booking slots?
Slots are one hour, so your green stays fully bookable in flexible chunks — but members can book several consecutive hours in a single action when they need a longer game.
Can only club members see our diary?
Yes. Only registered, approved members can see or book your club's diary.
